Boasting incredible versatility, this pack can be used in two different ways, thanks to a 7-litre compartment that can be attached or detached depending on how much kit you wish to carry. That means you can use it as either a stripped-back 5-litre race vest for shorter runs or, with the compartment securely clipped on, as a larger 12-litre pack to carry more kit on ultramarathons or longer runs.

The soft flasks have detachable tubes and can be carried in either side holster pockets or higher up chest pockets. There are also now two easily accessible, zero-bounce pole attachment choices – horizontal on the lower back or vertical on the front.
